Synopsis

Like grass in rocks, the Chinese industry blazes out to be an oppressive power.With a crash of siren, here comes into a misty shipyard.Three engineering teams including nearly 2,000 labors areserving for the shipyard. Jiang, a fresh apprentice among them, 18-year-old from Henan Province,used to practice Kungfu in Shaolin Temple when he was 13, and quit for lack of tuitions. He thus had to come to work at the age of 17, learning welding techniques with the fellows. Diligent Jiang is always darting around inside the steel hull, as his energy will never be used up. Moreover, after the whole day often-hour work, he keep staking body exercises in his dormitory.Jiang is longing for earning enough money to participate in the "Kungfu Style",a TV show co organized by Shaolin Temple and Henan TV station. It may cost him 20 thousand yuan for a nintensive training at ShaolinSchool. He is now paid 1,600 Yuan monthly, which therefore demands an accumulation for two years. But he conducts himself confidently because he will be only twenty years old right then, yet in spring time.
